Rates and Policies

Time is will be billed by the hour as follows (rates are per party, and adjustments might apply in certain matters)*:

• $350 per hour per party for two-party sessions
• $275 per hour per party for three-party sessions
• $225 per hour per party for sessions with four or more parties

Local travel (within a two-hour radius of Tampa) will not be billed.  Time for travel outside the local area will be billed at one-half the hourly rates, plus expenses.

*Flat-rate fee arrangements are available, please inquire.

Advance payment is not typically required, but if a client does not pay the invoiced amount then we will look to the client’s counsel for payment.
